91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳, now in its 34th year, is a unique media outlet because it gives voice to activists on the ground and promotes action for social and ecological change.
The genocide in Gaza has revealed the lengths to which the mainstream media, and even the ABC, will go to distort the truth. It underscores just how much we need independent, people-powered media outlets and people who will promote them.
But to keep this not-for-profit project going, we do need to expand our readership and, just as crucially, raise the number of 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ supporters who will make a regular financial contribution.
This 'Powering Rebellion' livestream will feature a range of activists, comedians, writers, artists and supporters discussing the importance of activist media for social change.
