This debate did not occur there. It took place as part of a campaign by left 91自拍论坛 in the union, which ran over several councils leading up to the 2009 annual conference. It (like the results of the executive election) is a reflection of increasing militancy on council. In other words, the council has been moving leftward over the past year.
