Why
The SA government's offer for a new Salaried Enterprise Agreement has fallen short, and we have received over 2000 responses from SA government workers rejecting it.
This offer is not good enough because:
- The proposed pay rises don't compensate for how far behind we are.
- Many classifications have fallen below the award rates, & this offer risks many people continuing to fall behind.
- We have clear data showing that some of the lowest-paid SA public Sector wages are behind other states in similar roles by 20-35%.
None of this is okay! It's not just unfair - it’s unsustainable!
It's time to rally, because we're fed up with being underpaid, overloaded, and exploited!

- The PSA is organising bus transportation from set locations. Please complete to assist with facilitating transport.
- Anyone who supports a fair pay rise for SA Public Sector workers is welcome to attend. If you're covered by the Salaried Enterprise Agreement and you're not a member of the PSA, we encourage you to show your solidarity by joining your union, the PSA today.
