Women on the Line presents Working Women — Melbourne's 3CR (885 AM) begins a six-part series on the work of Australian women in the '90s. The first part deals with gender segregation at work. The 1993 Boyer Lectures: Helen Corbett — Over recent weeks, the ABC's annual Boyer Lectures have been presented by a range of prominent Aboriginal and Islander people. This week's lecture is presented by Helen Corbett, co-founder of the Committee to Defend Black Rights and vice-president of the Unrepresented Nations and People's Organisation. She has had a long involvement in local, state, national and international campaigns on Aboriginal issues. Corbett will discuss the value of international lobbying, in the light of its role in the campaign against deaths in custody. ABC Radio National, Saturday, November 20, 1.30 p.m.
